Another cool float that never saw the light of day. The giant Nagin/vampire head was quite a sight. I wish I would have kept the Nagin head/bat head cut-out seen on the front. BABY RAY RAY!

New Orleanian scratching his head. You may see Ray Nagin in your dreams,
but you won't find him during the daytime. Where he'll appear next nobody
knows.
