Float 7 - SPLIT PERSONALITIES: The city of New
Orleans has extensive experience with economic conditions, politicians
and even sports teams that go either way from year to year. Our state
and our country have U.S. senators who also seem to qualify as such. Whether
out to lunch or just passing through, they apparently consider themselves
to be held to a different standard of behavior. Those closed doors often
conceal things that voters and staffers (and relatives) never suspect.
