BABY RAY RAY! It's a wonder I have never seen Baby Ray Ray at the Mayor's reviewing stand during D'Etat, Chaos or even Proteus. A fun float to paint, not too difficult. Transforming the women's faces into baby faces was a good challenge. Even Baby Ray Ray had a goutee as a baby. BABY RAY RAY!
